The doctor behind the practice.
Dr. Lisa Musgrave did not find dentistry by accident. As a child, she fell off her bike and experienced dental trauma to her front teeth. Took out root canals. Discolored teeth. Years of sitting in a patient chair as a curious kid. Her original plan was medicine or pediatrics or architecture or photography or graphic design or teaching, but dentistry kept calling her back, because it was the place where she could combine her love of everything - medicine, her eye for beauty and balance and her passion for helping others understand.
Dr. Lisa opened her practice under her own name for a reason.
When your name is on the door, everything you do is a reflection of your standards. That means investing in the highest quality materials and technology, paying her team above industry standard, and scheduling appointments with enough time to actually listen.
This is not a production-driven practice. There are no quotas, no rushed appointments, and no pressure to recommend treatment that is not truly needed. Dr. Musgrave believes that if prevention is done well, patients should need less dentistry over time. She considers that a success.
